Heneghan & Lawson is a music production partnership rather than a composing partnership. Although Ian and Ben generally collaborate in writing music for picture, they also develop individual projects - culminating in production by the partnership.

To this end Heneghan & Lawson have their own recording facility, capable of producing high-resolution recordings in 5.1 surround sound. This facility also includes a world-class Fazioli grand piano – one of the very few in the country. When large numbers of musicians are required sessions can be booked anywhere in the world. Location recording is also offered – often a good choice for classical recordings.
